All servicing and repair activity is co-ordinated from our Service Centre.
We have 3 dedicated Service Centres who provide every aspect of post sales customer support for physiotherapy equipment, podiatry equipment, mobility scooters, home care beds, mobile hoists, powered wheelchairs and rise & recline chairs.
We have a dedicated service team - both technical and administrative - who offer telephone support to resolve problems and queries quickly and efficiently. This is backed up by fully equipped workshops with all the necessary specialist equipment and extensive stock of spare parts for a vast range of both current and older equipment.
Our range of services includes:
Service Maintenance Contracts
These include periodic maintenance visits to your site for preventative, safety and performance testing and any necessary repairs. Choose from annual, half-yearly or quarterly visits.
Workshop Service and Repair
Your equipment may be returned to one of our purpose built workshops in Sussex, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or South Wales for routine service or repair breakdown. Full quotations are provided before any work is carried out.
Field Service Repair
We have a dedicated team of experienced field engineers who undertake both planned routine visits and unscheduled (breakdown) maintenance/repair. Our vehicles are fully equipped with all the necessary tools, test equipment, spares and consumables to get your equipment turned around in just one visit!
