Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern
Physio-Med Services relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term “ Physio-Med Services Limited” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is: Glossop Brook Business Park, Surrey Street, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 7AJ.

The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We have a minimum order of £10.00 excluding VAT for this website.


Deliveries
Orders are usually despatched within three to four working days from receipt of order to ensure where possible next working day delivery (between 8.30am and 5.00pm via courier). Smaller items will be sent by first class post.

We have simplified our delivery procedure, when entering your details you will need to select the appropriate area from the Country drop down box. The options are as follows:

England Scotland Wales (excl Highland and Islands)
Northern Ireland
Scottish Highland and Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Scilly
Republic of Ireland
Channel Isles

You will need to select the relevant Country for your area, as the carriage will be added if applicable.

We regret we are unable to accept orders online for heavy items such as Couches, Exercise equipment etc. This is due to carriage charges. The prices are available, however should you wish to order this product, then you will need to contact our Sales Dept on 01457 860444.
Should a different delivery address be required please enter these details on your order form.


 
 


General Conditions of Sale
1) DEFINITIONS
In these conditions of sale all references to "the Seller" are to Physio-Med Services Ltd and all reference to "the Buyer" are to the person, firm, company or by whom the order is given. All references to "the Goods" are to any item(s) supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.

2) QUOTATIONS
Any estimate or quotations shall comprise an invitation to treat and will remain open for a period of thirty days provided that the company has not previously withdrawn it.

3) SPECIFICATIONS
Every effort is made to ensure that the catalogue descriptions and illustrations are clear and accurate. All colours and sizes are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow. Due to our policy of continual improvement some products may vary from those described. The company reserves the right to amend the specification, construction and/or design without prior notice.

4) PRICES
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. VAT is charged at the current rate unless a VAT exemption certificate is supplied with order.

5) PAYMENT TERMS
Unless there is evidence in writing to the contrary payment shall be nett 30 days from the date of invoice. For new account customers payment by Pro-forma invoice or pre-payment may be required.

6) DELIVERIES
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will under normal circumstances be despatched the same day. Normal delivery is within 3-4 working days from receipt of order, unless our `Next Day Guaranteed` service has been requested, for which an additional charge is applicable.
Physio-Med Services shall use reasonable endeavours (but does not guarantee) to deliver the Products on the next working day following your order, however please allow up to 72 hours for delivery to areas located in the following postcodes: AB (excluding AB10-16, 21, 24-25), FK17-22, G83, GY, HS1-9, IV1 (excl 28 ), IV55-56, IV33-39, JE, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-14, KW15-17, PA20, PA21-33, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-42, PH42-44, ZE1-3, PA35-40, PA34, PA41-48, IV40-51

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that days quoted are working days. For further information on delivery timescales, please contact our Sales Department on 01457 860444


7) CARRIAGE CHARGES
Delivery to the UK mainland is *free on all orders over £40.00 (excl. VAT). A small order handling charge of £5.95 (excl. VAT) will be added to orders with a value of less than £40.00 (excl. VAT).

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands, is *free on orders over £95.00 (excl. VAT). On all orders below this value, (with the exception of deliveries to the Channel Islands, where the charge will be £20.00) a £15.00 (excl. VAT) delivery charge will be applicable and automatically added to your order.
A `Next Day Guaranteed` delivery service is available for items up to 5kg and prices for this service can be advised upon request.

Please note that:
Exclusions apply to `free delivery` offers. All oversized, heavy or bulky items, Couches, Gym & Exercise Equipment, Trolleys, Furniture etc., will be subject to additional carriage and handling charges and may require an extended delivery lead time. We regret we are unable to accept orders online for heavy items such as Couches, Exercise equipment etc. This is due to carriage charges. The prices are available, however should you wish to order this product, then you will need to contact our Sales Dept on 01457 860444. Physio-Med Services shall endeavour to inform you of any such charges and/or extended delivery times when you place your order, but shall not be deemed liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of the Products.
Any delay in delivery of the Products shall not give you a right to reject the Products of cancel your order. Physio-Med Services reserves the right to deliver the Products in installments.

8) ORDER CANCELLATION
All cancellation of orders must be in writing with our prior agreement. We are unable to accept cancellation of specially ordered or non-stock items.

9) RETURN OF GOODS
All return for credit must be previously agreed in writing. The cost of goods will be credited but not the postage and packaging. Please contact our customer service department which will advise you in the correct procedures for all return items. A restocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be customers responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 10 working days from the invoice date. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused.

10) LOSS OR DAMAGE

Any loss, damage or shortage must be notified within 3 working days or confirmed in writing within 7 days. Claims outside these times will not be accepted.

11) INTEREST CHARGES
The company reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue payments and outstanding balances at the rate of 3% per month.

12) LIMITS OF CONTRACT AND VARIATION OF PRICES

(i) A quotation includes only such goods as are specified therein.
(ii) The Contract is personal to the Buyer who may not assign it without the Seller's written consent.
(iii) The Seller reserves the right to amend the Contract price at any time up to delivery to take account of any variations in the cost of transport, the prices charged by the Seller's suppliers, changes in the value of any relevant currency, new or increased taxes duties or other imposts or variations arising from new legislation or regulations.

13) DESCRIPTION
The company is continually seeking to improve the quality and value of its goods and services. Whilst every care is taken to ensure illustration and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate and informative, we do reserve the right to change specifications and improve products. In the event of substitute products not being acceptable, we will issue a full credit, provided the goods in question are returned in a new, re-salable condition and in line with our Return of Goods Policy, outlined.

14) WARRANTY
The Company warrants that the Goods shall at the time of delivery correspond to the specifications published by the Company when used for purposes for which goods of that are ordinarily used. In the absence of any such published specifications applicable to the Goods, the Company warrants that the Goods shall at the time of delivery be of merchantable quality. If any Goods do not conform to that warranty the Company will as its option i) replace the Goods found not to conform to the warranty, ii) bring the Goods into conformity with the published specifications of the Company or as the case may be) merchantable quality, or iii) take back the Goods found not to conform to the warranty and refund the appropriate part of the purchase price. All claims must be made in writing to the customer service department (see item 9) accompanied by proof of purchase and details/nature of defect.

15) RESERVATION OF TITLE
Title of goods does not pass until full invoice value has been paid.

16) DISCLAIMER NOTICE
Every endeavour has been made to ensure that the information given herein is true and reliable but is given only as guidance to our customers. The company cannot accept any responsibility fir the loss or damage that may result from the use of the information due to the possibility of variations of processing or working conditions and of workmanship outside our control. Users are advised to confirm the suitability of products by their own tests.

17) OVERSEAS ORDERS
