Login or Register

New customers need to register their details, click on the register button at the top of the page and fill in the form. You will then be given a unique password.

Returning customers go to the login button at the top of the page and put in your username and password.

Add shopping to the basket

The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's product information page.

If you can't see an "Add to Shopping Basket" button, it's because you need to Login or Register. Go to step one.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Basket" in the top left-hand corner of the page.

Go to checkout

If you have completed your shopping then click the “Go to Checkout” button.

Your details should be filled in, if the delivery address is different to the billing address please change the details.

Then Click “submit” at the bottom of the page.

Check your details

Please check all details are correct, if correct click the submit button then click the payment button at the bottom of the page to go to the payment page.

Payment

You have reached the secure payment page this is the page where you need to fill in your credit card details.

Once you have completed the form press “proceed”.

You will receive email conformation of your order from Protx and from Physio-Med Services LTD.
