This accurate replica of the lower back with spinal column and spinal cord insert insures proper resistance in needle puncture and accurate palpation of reference points. The simulator allows one to practice spinal, epidural, caudal, sacral and lumar injection techniques. The spinal column can be charged with fluid to simulate the liquor cerebrospinalis and the simulator can be placed in a sitting or lateral position. The functional portion of the simulator includes L3-L5 vertebrae (L1 and L2 section are visible) plus the sacrum and coccyx. Supplied with fluid bottle, connectors and carrying case.
